The small print

  1. Our fees and some of our expenses are subject to VAT (currently 20%), payable in addition to the fees shown unless stated otherwise.
  2. Prices on this page are indications based on standard types of case. After your initial consultation we will provide a quote or estimate in our client care letter, which takes precedence and is the price you will be required to pay.
  3. Disbursements are costs payable to third parties, such as search fees, Land Registry fees, court fees, counsel and expert fees. We handle these on your behalf and will confirm exact figures as soon as we can.
  4. If your matter becomes more complex, some or all of the work may be charged at an hourly rate. We will advise you from the outset and keep you updated throughout.
  5. Disbursements marked * vary depending on the case and its location, and can on occasion be higher than the figures shown.
